    How do I set up my pop-up display?
    Our lightweight frames come collapsed and are easy to pull apart to expand to the full sized frame. As you expand, you’ll see the connecting parts of the frame that need to be easily snapped together to hold your frame intact and upright. Once the few connections are snapped together, you are ready to append your custom printed graphic. Our fabric pop-up graphics simply adhere to the frame and wraps around the frame’s sides for a professional look with our strong, durable velcro.
    How long will my banner pop-up last?
    Our banners and frames can last up to 6 years with proper care.
    Can I buy a graphic on its own?
    Yes, we offer the graphic on its own or as a bundle.
    What sizes are available for pop-up straight displays?
    7.5ft x 7.5ft or 7.5ft x 10ft
    What materials are used in making pop-up straight displays?
    We print on high quality 6.1oz, polyester 210 GSM fabric. Our fabric graphic is wrinkle resistant with a high-quality professional matte finish.
    Can I use my banner outdoors?
    Pop up banners can be used for temporary, short term, use outdoors. We do not recommend leaving them out overnight, nor during high-humidity conditions or during inclement weather.
    Is the fabric washable?
    Yes. Use a cold water wash if your banner needs cleaning. We recommend line drying ONLY.
    Does the fabric cover the sides and back?
    The fabric covers the front and sides, with an open back.
    What size do you suggest for a booth at trade shows?
    The 7.5' x 7.5' model is a great fit for most standard trade show booth sizes.
    Is the fabric flame-retardant?
    The pop-up display is NFPA701 fire certified.
